Partnering With BiPro Canada!

Thanks so much for all the kind words on my last post announcing our (miracle!) pregnancy! I think sharing that news might have been one of the most encouraging days of our lives! It’s still hard to believe and a lot in life has actually happened since then – more updates to come – but one of those updates concerns a new partnership this year for me with a new-to-Canada company, BiProCanada. So… Why BiPro? When they reached out to me I checked out the company and was happy with what I saw. Moreover, it’s pretty incredible to have a Canadian branch of a company to connect with when often many of the health products, supplements and companies that are available are based in the United States. When I saw the ingredients and macronutrient breakdown, I was even happier!

Whey protein isolate is different than just whey protein, and it’s worth learning about the difference, especially if you’re purchasing a rather random protein powder from GNC, Costco, or online. From their website,

I think most of you know I’m not a food blogger – there’s nothing too visually appealing about my eats on a daily basis and everything too simple about how I cook. I use protein powder in some pretty standard ways:

  • protein shakes

  • mixed into oatmeal at breakfast

  • mixed into baked goods to up the protein content
