W – WONDERING: What is the best thing that’s happened to you all week? [I'd love to hear about it in the comments below!] …I love when “bad” things turn into “good” things, and when highlights aren’t necessarily incredible moments that occur but sometimes the ordinary things that we take for granted.

E - ENCOURAGED BY: My small group – aka “Fat Tuesday” (as mentioned above). I am so thankful for this group of friends who can get together once a week despite busy schedules, babies, and full lives and for the place of genuine support and community. I really think most of our world in North America is lived by people flying by one another without stopping to glance up and say more than “Hi,” or “I’m fine.” I am certainly guilty of this and even when I’m trying to be more present with people find my thoughts wandering and my mind filled with distractions. However, I’m encouraged by this group that commits to meet weekly as most are able and take time to listen to one another, to share stories of our own and open up, to drink good wine and laugh at the table, and to care for one another. “TAT” – thinking about thinking. That’s what we decided we do each week. We take time to THINK about our lives and connect on a deeper level, and I notice myself craving this time and this deeper, more genuine community. I am so encouraged by my Fat Tuesday buds. :D NewImage

D – DEALING WITH: Fighting the night-time-blahs. Lately Mikey and I have been getting home late, and all we feel like doing is plunking down in front of the TV and vegging out. That’s not always bad, but we want to be careful of not justifying our actions with “We work so hard during the day and deserve this!” and instead make time for one another, for people, and for taking care of our bodies. The evenings are lighter longer, he’s been sitting much of the day, and I get antsy at night; why not go for a walk? Why not listen to a sermon together? Why not visit some friends? We’re totally okay with the occasional TV program and bowl of ice cream, but sometimes feel convicted when we’re flipping mindlessly through channels and go to bed feeling like we wasted some more valuable time with one another. So…we’re dealing with this. :D

N - NOTICING: More trips to the pantry for handfuls of cereal. I’m trying to break it down and figure out why I’m doing this: mainly because I’m bored! It’s time to clean up my eating for real. I really want to challenge myself because, as my friend Janetha recently vlogged about, we don’t really NEED the extra, you know? I’m not lamenting my few pounds gained from vacation (so worth it! and I’m looking big picture, not day-by-day), but I want to be my fittest and healthiest, so why not try a little harder and say “no” to myself once and a while? I generally don’t – like the 3 cookies, 1 scoop of ice cream, and glass of wine I had with dinner last night at Fat Tuesday. Lived up to the name. ;) Next time, I’ll choose ONE fun item – the cookie, the wine, etc – and allow myself to go without. I think it’s good for me every now and then!

E - EATING: Currently: JUICE! But not any kind of juice like orange juice from a can – fresh fruits and veggies juiced! Mikey and I have been wanting to clean up our nutrition recently (especially in lieu of “noticing” above) and finally decided to look up some juice recipes online (going to random sites but all real foods) and use his parents’ juicer. Our juice to start today included: cucumbers, celery, carrots, apples, oranges and a lemon. The result? Delish! We’re not necessarily on a diet, but working on eliminating sugar (always a good thing!), and cutting mindless carbs.

S – Sunny: Weather all around! Although the forecast does call for snow and rain tomorrow and Friday (say what?!), I’ve been soaking in every bit of sun and warmth. I just spent part of my break planning programs outside in the sunny weather and enjoyed sitting there taking it all in. No complaints from this Californian-girl!

Source: weheartit.com via junxx on Pinterest

(just like these guys!)

D – DOING: A little bit of home-training and a little bit of gym-training. I’m still balancing my roles and learning how to gauge my time to get downtown and not double-booking myself. That being said, Tuesday night I completely forgot about 2 clients that I had! I meant to cancel them (hate to do that!) and offer a free session to them (my 24-hour cancellation policy goes both ways!). I went to bed Monday and totally forgot that I hadn’t phoned them! Sorry Heather and Bruce! At any rate, I’m generally liking the flow of life right now although it still feels busy. Busy can be good, but it takes intentionality on my part to be mindful of how I’m spending my free time and how my perspective of the busy times is holding up.

A – ANTICIPATING: Adventures this weekend! It’s the May-long weekend here in Calgary (all of Canada? I know it’s a holiday for Alberta but each province is different) and that means a few things: sleepover with friends and a bonfire Friday night, Saturday hang out, some work [insert a few clients here], church Saturday night, an overnight backpack and then home to relax. The weather’s supposed to be beautiful and we’re thankful we have the time off to enjoy it and the people around us!

Y – YEARNING: For more of God…I find myself really craving God’s Word and cannot get enough sermons in my ears lately! At Fat Tuesday this week, we started the (audio) book by C.S. Lewis called The Screwtape Letters. The book is a series of letters written from the perspective of a senior devil to a junior devil (in training) with advice and encouragement to get him to win over his “patient” (a man) to Satan’s side. It’s all backwards from books I generally read; “the Enemy” is God and “our father below” is Satan, and it makes you use your mind and think in such different ways. It feels great to think through life and take a moment to empty our minds of the distractions and busyness that cloud it (which we think are “real life” issues but really don’t add as much to our lives as thinking through universal issues, which we often push aside in favor of going to make a sandwich in the kitchen). I am yearning for truth and yearning to grow and realizing that even in the “dry” times of life, God is leading, guiding, and allowing me to grow closer to him.

…and that concludes W.E.D.N.E.S.D.A.Y! Choose a letter above – got anything to share? Something your heart’s yearning for? – I also want a pair of red TOMS shoes. ;) Is it sunny near you? What are you doing these days? Live well & be well friends,

Bonnie

Hey friends! Monday is upon us…I hope you had as sunny and beautiful a weekend as we did here in Calgary – we sure appreciate it when we get it! I wanted to share a quick check-in post-run video with you guys but before I do, I wanted to say a (belated) HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY to my mom and mother-in-law!

IMG 0083
To my mom: thank you for being so faithful to dad, our family, and the direction that God has moved your life in throughout the years! I enjoy your love of the ocean spray, your encouragement and support of me in EVERYthing I do, your generous ways, your love of family, and your commitment to fitness. Thank you for loving Taylor and I growing up and now Mikey and I from afar. LOVE YOU, madre!IMG 0100 IMG 0232

To Muriel: Happy Mother’s Day! Thank you for being such a kind, hospitable, godly mother who raised a pretty wonderful man! I appreciate your love of God’s creation and your desire to get outside and enjoy it whenever you can! You’re a great example of continuing to grow and try new things and your baking is unparalleled. ;)

Speaking of Mother’s Day, we went to brunch after church with Mikey’s parents and later called my mom and connect. It was a fun day and I am SO thankful for moms everywhere – what an incredible job they do and role they have to play. Here’s a quick snapshot of the rest of the weekend:

IMG 20120511 01892

Friday night I FINALLY got my workout on – I’d been dreading it all day and just felt unmotivated to move. 20 minutes later, I was glad I did it and then was off under the sunset to pick up Mikey from the airport:

IMG 20120511 01896

Our Friday night fun? Catching up on our favorite shows together: Parks N’ Recreation, 30 Rock, and Modern Family. 20 minutes of fun there too (no commercials!) – just slightly different from my 20 minutes of workout fun earlier in the evening. ;) He was in beautiful Seattle speaking at the Seattle Children’s Hospital. I love when Mikey’s away for a few days simply because getting back together is always so fun. :D

Saturday morning I was able to sleep in a bit and then walked over to a client’s house to train – I LOVE being close by and not needing to bus, car, or train to someone’s house (and my client April KILLED her workout)!

IMG 20120512 01916

While Mikey was joining a friend for brunch, I decided to get out under the sun and try to run again after many sluggish, heavy-legged, poor runs. I wanted to enjoying running again and decided to get out, #makeitcount, and just do it!

IMG 20120512 01926

Here’s a quick video I shot post-10 miler with some thoughts on how it went and the two things I value most:

IMG 20120512 01938

IMG 20120512 01940

Move & Enjoywhat are some of your own “core values” in life/fitness?

Maybe fun dates out with my husband should be a core value too, because I sure do appreciate those in life! ;) After my run we headed out for a movie date and saw the Avengers and snuck our Slurpees and gummies in – pure sugar but great for such a summery-feeling day.

IMG 20120512 01945

I dropped Mikey off at a friend’s house and headed to The Keg Steakhouse downtown with the work crew to celebrate reaching 1,000 members at the gym! It was so neat of our owner, Darren, to treat us to that – we are treated SO great as staff there and it was fun to connect with people outside of the weight room! …not to mention the food was delicious!

IMG 20120512 01953

After a late night, we crashed hard and enjoyed a great sermon at church plus the brunch Sunday morning and came home to do tons of work: 3 loads of laundry, clean sheets on the bed (my favorite!), vacuuming, prep for our summer trips coming up (so soon!), and then, the highlight of my day, a RUN together! We went out 20 minutes and back under breezy, sunny skies and I am just so proud of Mikey for all the movement he’s doing!

#FitFluential #PROOF

And that’s my weekend wrap-up! Tell me a bit about your weekend, share your #PROOF, hit me with your favorite movie treat or date, and please advise me if there’s other ways to get my running groove back!

Have a great start to the week, friends! Live well & be well,

Hey friends!

I hope this post finds you well on FRIDAY! This week started off dragging and now all of a sudden it’s going full steam ahead, which I guess is a good thing! I’ve been enjoying getting back in the groove more or less, although my heaviest days client-wise were yesterday and today so we’ll see how I finish off the week. ;) Green smoothies keep powering me through the day and tried something different today – this green wonder from Allie. I loved it!

Snapz Pro XScreenSnapz002I’m enjoying workouts again too – doesn’t it feel good to push yourself after a bit of a rest and break?

Snapz Pro XScreenSnapz001…how are your missions going this week? Stick with it! Remember that when it comes to change, consistency is key. That’s my motto (and I’m sticking to it! – get it? so punny). ;) It’s also been good to get back to work, which means home clients before work, a train commute to the gym, and home clients after work.

IMG 0133

IMG 0141

Speaking of the gym, here’s a short FINISHER move you can add to the end of your workouts for a last burn and to really FINISH you off!

Let me know what you think of the 2-move combo and if you give it a shot in your next workout. :D

On a very different note, I wanted to share some things I’ve been mulling over this week… Last night I hit the hay thinking about a lot, praying, and crying – but for good reasons! I cry when I’m processing things in life, so it’s not necessarily a bad thing, and I was thinking about my family and how much I appreciate them, about Mikey who is in Seattle to speak at a conference right now, and about how thankful I am for the love of God in my life. Tuesday night we listened to a great sermon with our friends and enjoyed a great discussion afterward on the topic of pride (here’s a link to the sermon if you’re interested in listening online too).

NewImage

(source)

The sermon centers on Hammon from the book of Esther in the Bible and is such a great reminder about the danger and destruction of pride in our lives. It’s all throughout the Bible and all throughout our world too, but Tim’s perspective and insight into the text hit me in a significant way. I wanted to keep processing my thoughts and hopefully encourage you with truth as I have been reminded of and encouraged with throughout this week.

Tim Keller quotes C.S. Lewis (the author of The Chronicles of Narnia, among many other great books!), whom he considers an expert on pride. Lewis remarks that

“Pride gets no pleasure out of having something, only out of having more of it than the next man.”

Let that sink in for a bit…and let it hit you where perhaps it needs to. There is no bitterness, no resentment, no frustration with people, regardless of what they have done, when competition and therefore pride are removed. What a life of freedom to live! And yet pride is odorless, colorless, and sneaks into our lives under the guise of either inferiority to others or superiority to others (both are pride). Thinking through this caused me to ask:

How worried am I about what others think of me? About comparing myself to the other trainers at the gym? About comparing myself to other fitness and healthy living bloggers? About being a good wife in the eyes of others?

The root of all those concerns, the root of all sin, is pride. It underlies everything we do, and I hope that more and more I break the hold of pride on my life not by thinking less of myself (often what we think is humility), but by thinking less about me and more about God.

After listening to that sermon I was struck by the last words spoken, written by C.S. Lewis from the same book:

“If anyone would like to acquire humility, I can, I think, tell him the first step. The first step is to realise that one is proud. And a biggish step, too. At least, nothing whatever can be done before it. If you think you are not conceited, it means you are very conceited indeed.”

Wow. Immediately I found myself thinking, “Well I’m not that prideful!” and began comparing myself to others in my mind. Seriously? Was I even listening to the words that I’d just heard? “Very conceited indeed.”

I share these rambling thoughts with you not to make you feel down or to convict you (that’s never my job anyway!), but to share with you the hope I have in Christ and the hope you can have today that your life doesn’t have to be about you…We are God’s beloved children, with whom He is well pleased! I am so thankful that through Christ it’s not about performance leading to the verdict but God’s grace leading to my freedom. It’s opposite in Christianity; the verdict is in when you believe: “Now there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus”! (Romans 8:1) We don’t have to live “on trial” but instead are loved and accepted by God, we don’t have to live in such a way or do things (or not do things) to fulfill our sense of worth and identity. I am SO thankful for this truth! Think of how much time we’d have for others, how much people will know we care about them genuinely, how much love we will have to give if we’re NOT focusing on ourselves and (unknowingly) allowing pride to run our lives.

NewImage

Blessed self-forgetfulness, humility, self-esteem…we could talk about this for a while. :) Thanks for letting me share with you; I’m thankful for this space to write about my thoughts, process what God’s teaching me, and to share workouts/green recipes and connect with YOU guys!

any thoughts on pride to share? I know, it’s a big (and personal) topic. Try any good workouts yourself this week? Any green foods you can share with me to add to my repertoire?

Keep living well, loving others, and thinking less of yourself; regardless of your beliefs and personal convictions, we could all do with thinking less of ourselves – of this I am sure. :) Have a great weekend friends!

Getting back into the swing of things post-vacation in Calgary means getting up early for work, planning workouts for clients, prepping food for being gone all day, and reconnecting with friends as I go. It’s good to get back in the swing of things and I was thankful for Sunday to sleep in, enjoy being in church again, stock the fridge full of healthy options for food, and spend some time reconnecting with Mikey’s parents and his uncle Brent who popped by to visit for dinner. Although coming off vacation is always hard (the goodbye to my family was especially tearful and full of emotion this time around), it’s always good to fall back into routine. I think to some degree, we all need it and thrive off even the littlest structure (too much routine and I start to get antsy; not enough and I’m floundering and not using my time well!).

So to help me get back into the groove this week, I’ve come up with a few missions and thought I’d share them for accountability. I gained 3 lbs over the trip thanks to little to no movement and great food (both of which were needed/worth it!), so while I’m not stressing the extra weight, I’m ready to feel tighter and toned! Keeping that in mind and also thinking of optimal health, here are my missions for the week, which I choose to accept:

Snapz Pro XScreenSnapz001So far it’s been all about green smoothies and not filling my hunger holes with nutritionally-void carbs. I’m not against carbohydrates and certainly eat them in different forms, but this week specifically I’m focusing on veggies and protein to keep me fueled rather than scoops of almond butter on toast and handfuls of cereal from the pantry.

IMG 20120507 01821

Ugly but sooo good (& feels good eating greens again)!

Snapz Pro XScreenSnapz004

Planning ahead with a good shopping trip has helped fill our fridge with good options so that when I’m standing at home looking for something sweet, my only choice is some type of vegetable with hummus!

IMG 20120506 01817

I also cooked up a big batch of cabbage soup for to-go lunches and pre-made dinners. It’s easy and delicious and you can spice it up any way you want, but I essential threw together the above ingredients with some vegetable stock, herbed diced tomatoes, and some cinnamon and let it stew on Sunday afternoon.

Snapz Pro XScreenSnapz002As far as movement is concerned, I’m ready for it! After taking a week off of all intentional exercise (something I haven’t done for ages), my body feels rested and “reset,” ready to hit it hard in the gym and on the pavement again! The forecast also looks beautiful out, so I’m looking forward to moving my legs with some good runs again too.

IMG 20120507 01829

After yesterday’s workout. ;) Today after I got back from the gym and in between small group (aka “Fat Tuesday”), Mikey and I slid on our Vibram five fingers shoes and went for a 20 minute run! I was so proud of him for getting out and moving (and, to be honest, he beat me in a sprint at the end was didn’t seem as tired as I was today – right on)! :D After the run, I did this quick 10 minute full-body-ab-focus circuit from a fellow FitFluential friend Brad – you gotta give this one a shot! I totally agree with crunches being not the most beneficial thing for your body but compound muscle movements instead!

Snapz Pro XScreenSnapz003We had a lot of good talks over the past week with my family, sharing some things about ourselves that we didn’t think others knew in an effort to get to know others more deeply. One thing I’ve been realizing about myself is that I’m really not goal-oriented and motivated by outside factors like signing up for a race in order to run or having an event to go to in order to eat extra well. I’m a lot like my friend MizFit, who practices consistency – my goal is simply to do a little every day and stay on top of my fitness. I have no problem prepping for and anticipating an 18 mile run over the weekend but it’s not for anything in particular but rather simply because I like getting out and moving.

I’ve wondered why I’m not driven to sign up for races or other fitness-related events and often feel pressured to do so when I read others’ blogs and race recaps, especially because I do love the race atmosphere! However, I’m also okay with how I work and have come to accept it. All that to say that right now I’m wanting to break my personal barrier to events and clubs and groups in order to meet some more Calgarian runners and get into trail running. I’d love to be a part of the running community and share a love for movement and being outside with others, racing or not, and learn more about trail running. Time to hop on the internet and start searching for groups and people to run with over the weekends!

In other news, it was SO great to connect with our friends at small group tonight! We sat outside, enjoyed homemade pulled pork and a spinach salad, and sipped on wine as we caught up on life, talked about how we saw Jesus moving in our lives, and listened to a great sermon online and chatted about it. To top it all off, my friend Emily was home visiting family in Missouri and fulfilled my greatest Trader Joe’s desires: French Roast coffee (my favorite kind!) and roasted flaxseed almond butter (my favorite kind!). You know I had about 3 spoonfuls of the good stuff when I got home (whoops!) and will be making that coffee in the a.m. – thanks, Em! :D

Calgary 20120508 01837

…do you guys have any missions to share? Let me know and join in the missions if you need some accountability too (I’ll have work on the almond butter now that I have a fresh supply). ;) I hope you’re doing well and having a great week so far!

Live well & be well friends,

Bonnie

We’re home! After a week in Cabo San Lucas, I feel refreshed, rested, am more tan, and am reminded of the value and importance of family. While the tan feels great to this California girl and the time by the ocean was incredible, it’s the time spent with my family and Mikey – all of us together, that I will definitely remember and treasure most. Are you ready for a photo-heavy post? Because I’ve got lots of memories-in-pictures to share and a video at the end…

IMG 0216

And scattered throughout the post, a few thoughts from a vacation away…

#1. I am so thankful for my family.

 IMG 0070

IMG 0085

I loved laughing with them, getting picked on by my younger brother (what brothers do best! hehe), having some good talks all together, playing in the pool together, and exploring Cabo as a family. It was really great to reconnect with my brother as well, whom I really haven’t been around since I left after high school for university. We’ve both lived a lot of life since then, and getting little opportunities to be together is awesome. He is so kind, generous, makes weird noises, and loves short shorts – things I love about my brother. ;)

IMG 0105

IMG 0164

IMG 0142

It was so good to be with them again; seeing each other once or twice a year at best simply isn’t enough! I appreciate my family’s love, encouragement, intentionality, and humor, and spending that time with Mikey AND them was a gift – it always is! Plus, they’re pretty good at making friends. Check out our newest friend from the resort:

20120504 234716

that was fun. :)

#2. The resort lifestyle would get old, but it’s good for a time.

IMG 0184

…there really are only so many slushy drinks you can drink, comfortable robes you can wear, pools you can lounge in, and cigars you can smoke. ;)

IMG 0119

GOPR0072

But seriously – it’s good for a time but we’ll probably be okay without a resort holiday for a while – next up, either some low key just together or a traveling, exploration-type of trip!

#3. Cabo San Lucas and the surrounding area is HARSH…I love the landscape (the dry, high desert atmosphere is hauntingly beautiful to me) but it limits the natural activities you can do – there was no way we could hike through the shrubs and it was simply too hot to go for a run or workout.

 IMG 0135

IMG 0139

IMG 0261

IMG 0034 IMG 0023

#4. Speaking of workouts, I discovered that sometimes it’s great to NOT work out while on vacation (contrary to what I said in this post here!). ;) My body needed a break. I know so because I didn’t even feel the slightest inclination to do an intentional squat, push up, or tabata workout. Instead, I relaxed. Slept in, lay by the pool, took in crashing ocean views, swam in the waves…it was perfect. Since I didn’t even want to move (which is very unusual for me; rest days are typically hard for me to take!), I decided to really listen to my body and NOT move unless I felt like it. I feel like my body’s reset some, and I’m ready to get back into a routine with clean eating, good workouts, and more structure.

 IMG 0112 IMG 0197

#5. Having a car is great while on vacation. Not only was the shuttle at our place expensive ($10 USD round trip to get to town and back), but having our own car allowed us more freedom to explore. One of my favorite days on this trip was driving up the coast to Todos Santos with a surfing stop at Los Cerritos and then driving back with the sun setting behind us. Beautiful! And the chance to see something different…loved this time!

IMG 0170

IMG 0182

We also had fun exploring the Art Walk in historic San Jose del Cabo, where every Thursday night the art galleries stay open late, offering passerby’s red wine and different types of tequila (I tried pomegranate tequila – yum!). My mom, Mikey and I went and had a blast as we browsed lots of beautiful local art and shops together, finishing the night off with some gelato! Glad we had our “Mexican Ferrari,” as the valet guys put it, for the chance to get out!

20120504 0947561

IMG 0133

Go, little Nissan, go! We loved that our car wasn’t flashy or fancy (AND super good on gas!) – it was a great ice breaker with the locals and a point of connection (“That’s a nice machine right there, amigos!”).

Some things I learned on this trip:

  • Family is family. What I mean is this: my brother will always get on my nerves (sorry, Tay – I know I get on your nerves as your sister too!); my mom will never want me to sit on the 3rd floor bannister and will suck in a nervous breath of air when I climb down rocks on cliffs barefooted; my dad will continue to be put off by the myriads of people trying to sell the same thing on the beach and try his hardest to not get sand in his shoes while walking on the beach. By the same token, I will continue to “mother” my brother (oldest child syndrome I’m trying to overcome), be too-easy a target for jokes with my quick reaction time and lack of sarcasm, apologize too many times and sing off-key. BUT…my brother won’t fail to show me his growth, generosity, and kind ways; my mom will always be up early with a smile and pot of coffee ready, looking out at the waves for hours before anyone else rises; and my dad will always look out for our family and have a pen handy to take notes as he studies the Bible. I LOVE my family and am so grateful for every moment we have together!
IMG 0094
IMG 0008
  • Time to rest is so important. Like I mentioned earlier, I have never been so relaxed about exercise and movement in general on a trip away before! I know that means my body needed it and I was glad to listen to it and let go of my image as a personal trainer and need to constantly move. Physically the rest was so needed, as well as taking the time to rest from work. My mom and dad work so, so hard and Mikey has been absolutely swamped at work recently, so I was thankful for the rest for them. I realized the rest was good for me too – although I was often up with my mom in the mornings, it wasn’t early and I rarely stayed up late. I popped online once or twice to read a few blogs and see if there were any urgent emails but didn’t respond or comment (much) and instead enjoyed the break!
20120504 094756
  •  God is writing an amazing story for all of our lives and although it means living in different countries, I want to be faithful to the life God has called me to live. I am so glad to be doing that with Mikey, my partner and friend, my husband who takes care of me and loves me. I am thankful for my parents who raised me to rely on Christ for everything I need and my brother for being bold to live out his dreams in his own story.
GOPR0089
I am thankful to be from California and for those years in the Golden State, and I’m also thankful to be living in Calgary with my in-laws (who made this trip possible!), Canadian friends, and the Rocky Mountains. There is so much to live and experience and my family just makes things that much richer even with the distance. Who knows where our story will go next? My parents’ story, my brother’s story, mine and Mikey’s story…here’s to the unexpected life and to living it in abandon for Jesus!
IMG 0097 IMG 0100 IMG 0103 IMG 0106 IMG 0104
Now it’s time for workouts to resume (which I’m so ready for thanks to this break! bring on the burn, baby!), more green smoothies and vegetables in my life, and getting back into work as a personal trainer.
IMG 0224
And, as he usually does, here’s a video of the trip Mikey made if you’re interested in seeing more! It’s long but fun, so I thought I’d include it all the same. :) Enjoy!

Have you ever been to Cabo San Lucas before?

How about vacationing with your family? Tense and stressful, fun and relaxed, or a bit of both?

How do you take mini vacations when your body and mind need a rest but your time and budget can’t allow for a trip away?
…what did I miss? Got a good workout to share or fun moment from the last week? I look forward to catching up with you guys and hearing about how your life is going too! Live well & be well friends,
Bonnie
